They are absolutely outstanding from customer service to our fantastic driver. We were displaced from the flooding in Conway to a RV next to house while we rebuild The Jerry Cox company has been delivering propane to our Rv and others in the neighborhood every week, as soon as we call the driver is there that day, and if we forget to call either the office or driver will call us to see if we are ok. I can not say enough about the office staff to the driver, they are fantastic.

We contacted these folks to swap out our natural gas hot water system for a tankless system that only creates hot water on demand. They handled every aspect of the project perfectly. Within 3 hours, they removed my old hot water tank(which was only three years old), installed a new Navien tankless hot water system - works perfect! Saves us money on gas, less space(it mounts on the wall) and I can even monitor it via my mobile phone.
